[ e72th apartment ]

This project involved the full gut renovation of a large multi-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side. The scope included opening up the kitchen to a casual family room adjoining a formal dining alcove, custom millwork and finishes throughout, and a reimagining of the bathroom suites.

With the opening of the floor plan, and the aesthetic refinishing of the apartment, this project has become a light and modern space for a growing professional family.
